Ontrac was contracted to repair our garage door that would no longer open. Late in the day 3 pm someone me was dumb enough to back into the garage door when not fully opened then try to fix it and make 10x worse. The repair technician arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem broken garage door spring.

He was on time as promised and did an outstanding job replacing the old on and installing the new one. Called a few other companies that couldn t make it out for over 5 days. The technician installed a new spring and gave our door a small tune up. 16 reviews of on track doors had the spring snap on my garage door.

Wade came out the next day and door was fixed in 30 mins. The door now works much more smoothly and quietly. In particular i would like to commend dave gibson and jeff miller. On time exactly as promised.
